SEND Teacher 

John Keble CofE School is a two-form entry primary school located within the vibrant community of the London Borough of Brent.

About the candidate

We are seeking an exceptional candidate who is deeply passionate about working with children with SEND, potentially aspiring to become a SENDCo. As a teacher at John Keble School, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the development and growth of our SEND learners, providing them with the support, guidance, and education they need to thrive. This will include teaching, both in our nurture room and teaching and across the wider school. 

We are seeking a candidate whose skills, experience, and character align with our warm, friendly, and highly ambitious culture. We value individuals who are not only passionate about working with children with SEND but also embody our restorative and trauma-informed approach.

John Keble School takes its responsibilities in relation to safeguarding and child protection very seriously. All appointments to the school are subject to Enhanced Disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service and comprehensive pre-employment checks. All spent convictions and adult cautions that are not protected (i.e. that are not filtered out) as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2020). Looking to Train

We’re working with Teach West London (local ITT provider) to recruit, train and support new trainee teachers for the West London region. We look forward to welcoming new talented and committed trainee teachers to John Keble Primary School to begin their training and join our school community from September 2025. Teaching Assistant Vacancy 

We have a vacancy for a teaching assistant from September 2026. 

John Keble School is a two-form, happy, vibrant learning community in North West London with good transport links. 

In June 2023, Ofsted judged the school to be good in every area and in July 2023, our Church of England inspection (SIAMs) judged us to be excellent in every area.
