Year 2 Visit The Natural History Museum

The children had a very exciting day travelling to South Kensington and exploring all the natural wonders of our world.

In school, the children have been learning about 'Living Things and Their Habitats' in Science. At the museum, the children learnt about the habitats of animals and how to identify the different animals amongst a plethora of other facts.

They also enjoyed a talk from a speaker who displayed a chicken's skeleton and showed the similarities it bears to a dinosaur's skeleton. How fascinating!
