Afternoon at 10 Downing Street
John Keble's children knocking at the door of the Prime Minister's home.
The Rt Hon Keir Starmer invited John Keble School to attend an event hosted at 10 Downing Street which took place on Wednesday 12th November 2025.
A selection of 20 of our pupils had the rare opportunity to attend the Prime Minister's home as a part of the build-up to the UEFA Euro 2028 football tournament which is set to take place in the UK and Ireland.
Also in attendance were Lisa Nandy (the Culture Secretary), UEFA president Aleksander Čeferin and England International player Tyrone Mings.
Our children had fun playing football in the garden showing off their skills and getting some hints and tips from the many dignitaries present.
This was the school's second visit to Downing Street in just six months! The children were a credit to both the school and their families.
