A group of our KS2 children attended the Brent Athletics Tournament hosted at Willesden Sports Centre, and showed just how truly remarkable they are! The children made John Keble incredibly proud.

Compared to last year, when we finished 7^th overall, the team demonstrated outstanding resilience, determination, and hard work to secure an impressive 4^th place finish this year.

John Keble dominated the track events, with our children achieving the fastest times in:

• 60m (Girls)
• 80m (Boys and Girls)
• 100m (Boys)
• 200m (Boys and Girls)
• Girls Relay
• Mixed Relay 

This means our school holds the fastest boys/girls in the events mentioned in Brent! The relay event runner's time was recorded at 58 secs and 56 secs, making John Keble the only school to have made it in under 1 minute.

The children also finished in 1^st place in:

• Triple Jump (Girls)
• Speed Bounce (Boys)

Throughout the day, the children were lavished with a lot of praise from other schools who commented on the talent, sportsmanship, and dedication shown by our children. It was a truly proud and memorable moment to see our school represented in such a positive light.
