Working at John Keble School...

Ofsted March 2018 says, "You are now driving the school to the next level. Encouraged and supported through your leadership, teachers share their best practice across the school, with good effect. There is a high level of challenge in all lessons. As a result, more pupils make consistently strong progress."

John Keble School is a vibrant and busy place, serving a very diverse community. Children and families comment on how friendly the school is. We pride ourselves on how well staff are supported and encouraged. With a large leadership team, PPA takes place in teams and planning is joint and creative. The  Ofsted quote above shows how we work effectively as a team, supporting each other. Support staff are included in all our CPD and have weekly tailored sessions. We buy into two different CPD packages to ensure high quality training for all staff. External supervision is also available for staff. Staff benefit from cost price schools meals and a 'Me Day'.
